- Water
- Desired Vegetables
Procedure:
- Take 1 cup of bajji bonda mix in a bowl.
- Add water little by little to make a thick, smooth batter (like idli batter consistency).
- Dip vegetables (banana pepper, onion rings, potato slices, etc.) into the batter and deep fry until golden.
🥔 For Bonda:
- Prepare potato masala or filling of choice.
- Make lemon-sized balls, dip in thick batter, and deep fry.
