Ingredients:
- Beetroot Power Pack
- Water
- Salt(if required)
Procedure:
For Beetroot dosa:
1. peel the pack , add 2-3 spoons of beetroot powder and mix in dosa batter & add water to make a smooth dosa batter . And let it rest for 10 mins.
2. Pour the batter , spread gently & cook on both sides until golden and crisp.
For Beetroot chapathi:
1. Take wheat flour and add 2-3 spoons of beetroot powder and add Add water and make into dough and make chapathis and heat it on tava for 30 seconds on both sides .
