Ingredients:
- Do-Cha mix - 1 cup
- Warm water - ¾ cup
- Oil /ghee - 1tbs

Salt - As per requirement
Procedure:
- Add do -cha mix to a wide mixing bowl then add oil/ghee and salt as per your requirement
- Slowly add warm water little by little at a time, mixing as you go, until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until it’s smooth and soft. If it’s sticky, add a little flour; if it’s too dry, add a tiny bit of water.
- Add 1 teaspoon of oil while kneading for extra softness (Optional).
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 15-20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small, equal-sized balls. Flatten each ball slightly and dust it with a little flour to prevent sticking
- Roll each dough ball into a thin, round chapati, dust with flour if the dough sticks to the rolling pin or surface.

Put the chapati on hot tawa and cook it for a few seconds. Now your taste chapathi to serve.
