Ingredients:

- Do cha mix - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbs
- Curd - ¼ cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tbs
- Finely chopped green chilli - ½ tbs
- finely chopped capsicum - ¼ cup
- finely chopped carrot - ¼ cup
- finely chopped onion - ½ cup
- chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbs
- Salt - as per your requirement

Procedure:
Prepare the Batter:
- In a mixing bowl add do-cha mix, salt ,turmeric, and curd mix it well
- Add 1 cup of water make smooth batter
- Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, capsicum, onion, carrot and coriander leaves and mix it well. To maintain dosa batter consistency add bit more water and mix
Cook the Cheela:
- Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan, spreading it into a thin circle, similar to a pancake.
- Drizzle a little oil or ghee around the edges and cook until the cheela starts to brown on the bottom.
Flip and Cook:
- Carefully flip the cheela and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Your nutritious, homemade Do-Cha mix cheela is ready to serve!!
