Dosa | Do-cha Mix

Ingredients:

  1. Do-Cha mix             - 1 cup
  2. Water                        - 1 ¼ cup or required amount
  3. Salt                            - required amount
  4. Oil                              - Roasting

Procedure:

  1. Take a mixing bowl add 1 cup of do cha mix and 1¼ cup of water
  2. Mix them well until it form smooth lump free batter consistency 
  3. Add a pinch of salt as per your requirement and mix well & keep aside for 10 min. Now your dosa batter is ready
  4. Pour the dosa over hot tawa and spread gently.
  5. Apply 1  tablespoon of oil on the dosa and roast in  medium flame until it turns golden brown.
  6. Your instant crispy dosa is ready.

Pro tip:

Enjoy do-cha mix dosa with hot & spicy garlic chutney/tomato chutney.
