Ingredients:
- Do-Cha mix - 1 cup
- Water - 1 ¼ cup or required amount
- Salt - required amount
- Oil - Roasting
Procedure:
- Take a mixing bowl add 1 cup of do cha mix and 1¼ cup of water
- Mix them well until it form smooth lump free batter consistency
- Add a pinch of salt as per your requirement and mix well & keep aside for 10 min. Now your dosa batter is ready
- Pour the dosa over hot tawa and spread gently.
- Apply 1 tablespoon of oil on the dosa and roast in medium flame until it turns golden brown.
- Your instant crispy dosa is ready.

Enjoy do-cha mix dosa with hot & spicy garlic chutney/tomato chutney.
