Idiyappam | Athur Khichli Samba Idiyappam Mix

Ingredients:

  1. Idiyappam Mix
  2. Salt 
  3. Water

Procedure:

  1. In a mixing bowl, take required amount of Idiyappam mix.
  2. Slowly pour the hot water into the flour and mix with a wooden spatula or spoon and make a dough.
  3. Once it cools slightly, Grease the idiyappam press.
  4. On greased idli plates, banana leaves, or a steamer plate, press the dough in a circular motion to form thin noodle-like layers.
  5. Steam Idiyappam 8-10 minutes on medium heat.

Serve with sweetened coconut milk & jaggery.
