Ingredients:
- Do-Cha mix - 1 cup
- Warm water - 1 cup
- Sesame oil - 1tbs

Salt - as per your requirement
Procedure:
Prepare the Dough:
- Take a mixing bowl, add Do cha mix flour,salt & sesame oil in the bowl and then gradually pour the hot water into the flour, stirring with a spoon or spatula to form a soft dough.
- Once it's warm enough to handle, knead the dough until smooth and free of lumps.
- Cover the dough with wet cloth and keep aside for 5min
Fill the Idiyappam Press:
- Grease the idiyappam press lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
- Divide the dough into portions and fill it into the idiyappam press.
Press and Steam the Idiyappam:
- Grease idli plates or small plates.
- Press the idiyappam dough through the press into fine noodle-like shapes, creating a small mound on each plate.
- Stake plate and place inside the idli maker and steam it for 8-10 min
- Once it steamed remove and serve with hot
Pro tip:
Serve hot with coconut milk, stew, sambar, or any chutney of your choice.
