Instant Rasam | Rasam Pre Mix

Ingredients:

  1. Rasam Pre Mix
  2.  Water
  3. Oil
  4. Mustard seeds
  5. Curry Leaves
  6. Red Chillies

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and mix 2 tablespoons of Rasam Premix with 2 glasses of water.
  2. In a pan, add a little oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chilies for tempering.       
  3. Then add the mixture and boil well and serve it hot.
