Ingredients:
- Do cha mix - 1 cup
- Coarsely crushed coriander seeds - ½ tbs
- Crosely crushed fennel seeds - ½ tbs
- Ajwain - ¼ tbs
- Jeera - ½ tbs
- turmeric powder - ¼ tbs
- Kasuri methi - 1tbs
- Oil ( deep frying) - required
- lukewarm water - required

Procedure:
Prepare the Dough:
- Take a wide large bowl and add all the ingredients except water, oil and mix them well.
- Now add the warm water little by little and knead into tight dough
- Cover the dough for 20 min
Roll and Shape the Mathris:
- Take a big portion of dough and roll into slightly thick big roti
- By using cookies cutter cut the dough into small round mathri shape
- Roll the dough again and repeat the procedure.
- Fry the mathri in heat oil until it turns golden brown.
- Remove the fried mathris and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Let the mathris cool completely, then store them in an airtight container. They can stay fresh for up to 2-3 weeks.
