Ingredients:
- Multi Millet Rava
- Oil
- Mustard seeds
- Urad dal
- Green Chillies
- Onion
- Curry Leaves
- Water
- Salt
Procedure:
- In a pan, add a little oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, green chillies, onion and curry leaves for temper.
- Add 3-4 cups of water and required salt and bring to a boil.
- Add 1 cup of Popped Jowar Kodo Millet Upma Mix and cook well until water evaporates.
- Finally add some Ghee for taste.
Pro tip: Adding cashews and coconut flakes will enhance the flavor.
