Poori | Spinach Ragi Poori Mix

Ingredients:

  1. Spinach Ragi Poori Mix
  2. Water
  3. Oil
  4. Salt (if Required)

Procedure:

Make a Dough:

  1. Take Spinach Ragi Mix, Slowly add water and knead into a smooth dough. Add a little ghee or sesame oil while kneading for extra softness.

Roll the Pooris:

  1. Divide the dough into small lemon-sized balls.
  2. Roll out each ball into a small circle , dusting lightly with flour if needed.

Heat Oil and Fry:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, slide in one poori at a time.
  2. Press gently with a ladle to help it puff up.
  3. Fry until it turns crisp and slightly golden.
  4. Drain on paper towels.

Serve and Enjoy with some Delicious Side dish!
