Ingredients:
- Spinach Ragi Poori Mix
- Water
- Oil
- Salt (if Required)
Procedure:
Make a Dough:
- Take Spinach Ragi Mix, Slowly add water and knead into a smooth dough. Add a little ghee or sesame oil while kneading for extra softness.
Roll the Pooris:
- Divide the dough into small lemon-sized balls.
- Roll out each ball into a small circle , dusting lightly with flour if needed.
Heat Oil and Fry:
- Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, slide in one poori at a time.
- Press gently with a ladle to help it puff up.
- Fry until it turns crisp and slightly golden.
- Drain on paper towels.
