Ingredients:
Quantity for 2 servings
- 3 cups of water
- 3 tablespoons of Wonder Mix
- 4-5 chopped small onions
- 1 teaspoon of coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1:
- In a mixing bowl, add 3 tablespoons of Wonder Mix and pour in 2 cups of water. Mix thoroughly until there are no lumps.
Step 2:
- Heat a saucepan over medium flame and add 1 cup of water allowing it to come to a gentle boil.
- Add the prepared mixture and salt to taste into the saucepan, stirring well.
- Allow it to cook for 3 minutes.
- Add chopped small onions, bring it to a low boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer, and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Finally, garnish with ½ teaspoon of finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
Serving Tips:
Serve the Wonder Mix Porridge with toor dal thuvaiyal or your favourite pickles.
