Thukkada | Do-Cha Mix

Ingredients:

  1. Docha mix              - 1 cup
  2. Asafoetida              - ¼ tbs
  3. Salt                         - as needed
  4. Water                     - as needed
  5. Cumin seeds         - ¼ tbsp
  6. Oil   for frying        - as needed

Procedure:

  1. Take do-cha mix flour, salt,asafoedita,cumins seeds in a bowl add 1tbs of oil and mix it well
  2. Add water little by little and make tight dough 
  3. Roll the dough and make a thin sheet.
  4. Cut the sheet into  diamond shapes.
  5. Deep fry the diamonds in hot oil till it turns golden brown
  6. Your crispy thukkada is ready to serve

Pro tip:

Serve the crispy and crunchy thukkada with 1 cup of coffee and tea
