Ingredients:
- Docha mix - 1 cup
- Asafoetida - ¼ tbs
- Salt - as needed
- Water - as needed
- Cumin seeds - ¼ tbsp

Procedure:
- Take do-cha mix flour, salt,asafoedita,cumins seeds in a bowl add 1tbs of oil and mix it well
- Add water little by little and make tight dough
- Roll the dough and make a thin sheet.
- Cut the sheet into diamond shapes.
- Deep fry the diamonds in hot oil till it turns golden brown
